There are employers seeking people for roles in Aged Care, Disability Services and Residential Youth Work right now. This is the industry that will grow through this period of human need. We will assist you to fast track yourself into a meaningful, paid role and recognise your transferable skills at the same time. No need to start from scratch with RPL and fast track processes in place.

We are offering Free INDUCTION TRAINING to HELP YOU get into a job in the Community Services.

Jobs in the Community Services.

We understand at the point where you find your self suddenly unemployed you don’t have time to study an entire course to get into an alternate role.
This is a self-paced course of core induction units that many community Sector employers would see value in. You can study them as quickly or slowly as you wish.

The Community Services include a range of services that cannot close down regardless.

Where are the Jobs?
Currently 26% of the Workforce work in Health and Community Services.

Our sector supports people with:

  • Aged Care
  • Disability Care
  • Youth Work
  • Residential Care for Children and Young People in Care
Please understand, we would love to help everyone but places are limited due to our capacity. So it will be first in best dressed. The training materials will be provided online or via email. You will receive a statement of attainment on completion.
You can then use this to help with job applications in Community Sector Roles.
